Marcus Leung knocked 3 times on an iron door in an alleyway. “You got the Intel?” a man on the other side said.
“Yeah got their whole travel info and schedule for them”. The man at the door opened it and beckoned Marcus inside. “Welcome to the Larelsford Office. My name is Michael Allmack.”
“Pleasure to meet you.”
Michael pointed to a table. “Please sit down, and let's talk about the info you got on Ambassador Yu”.
“Sure.”
“He is leaving for Kaijan City in 2 days for a meeting with some tribal leaders at the Willard Hotel. His plane gets there at Noon and leaves 2 days later at 10:00 pm.”
“So you want me to delay the flight outta there to 1 the next day?”
“Yeah, we don't want him to leave before we set it all out.”
“Is the local guy going to be at the Airport?” Micheal asked.
“He is all set up. The eliminator will give him the code.”
“So you want me to get the flight changed, Mr. Lueng?”
“That's right Mr. Allmack. Pleasure doing stuff with you.”

Marcus walked out the door as Allmack closed it behind him. He looked up at the moon and knew by the time the moon was full everyone would know his client was and what they wanted. He could already see the terror on their faces.

Samuel Jiang entered his office with a bundle of papers under one arm. He set them down and put them in his suitcase. He then turned to his Main Page. “Could you make sure everything is in my suitcase when I get back?”
“Sure, Mr. Jiang.”
Mr. Jiang walked out of the office and past the offices of his fellow board members. Some had larger offices so they could often talk with some of the tribe members. He then walked downstairs, where his security guard Hector met him and walked him past some reporters. “What is the Agenda for today, since you're meeting with Ambassador Yu down in Kaijan?”
“Just to get through some legislation like always,” he said. Then he entered the boardroom around him while the other members were taking their seats.
“Call to Order,” the Speaker said. “If there are any motions or points on the floor you may speak them now.”

Three hours later they were done, and Mr Jiang was heading back up to his office. They had voted on a simple resolution to increase park funding for Liang Island National Wildlife Refuge and approved a short bridge in Northern Kaijan that was on tribal land. He walked back into his office and his staff got everything together. As he grabbed his bag he felt uneasy, like something was going to happen. He remembered the war and how it began. He pushed the feelings aside and made his way down 15th Street. As he made his way into Central Square Station on the Riverside Transit Line, he thought about it again then pushed it out of his mind as he stepped onto the tram.

When Mr. Jiang got to his house he grabbed his stuff and said goodbye to his family and took the train to New Brighton. Waiting there was his driver and bodyguard Hector “Hey Hector do you think something is off”
“No sir through its Kaijan and some bad stuff has gone done there”
“fair enough”
When he was on the plane Mr. Jiang read his book about the Second Kaijan War. It had been 10 years since the war ended yet he still remembered the day when Joseph Zhang talked with him about it at the Presidential House. “There is always something going on in Kaijan for better or for worse” he remembered.

Dorian Huet had been Ambassador Tom Yu’s personal assistant for the last two years, and all in all, he’d probably spent a total of four months waiting in airport lounges. The ambassador’s flight to Kaijan City from New Liverpool had just touched down, and Dorian had rushed out to make sure that the lounge was as the ambassador liked it. Chair cushions, fluffed. Chairs swept free of dust. Only the best instant coffee in the coffee machine, none of the decaf stuff. Tom Yu was a snob, and he had been since he’d been a high-powered CEO in the corporate world. Being elevated to the position of Laeralian ambassador to the Slokais Islands had done nothing to improve his demeanor.

Dorian fluffed the last chair cushion and, confident that he had a few minutes before the ambassador stepped into the room, pulled out his smartphone and typed out a message to the unsaved Slokaisian number he had on his phone.
Yu arrived at the airport. Everything is on schedule.
Barely a moment later, his contact replied. Excellent
There was a few seconds’ pause, and then: Remember to be on the East Portico at the planned time. You won’t want to be in the way when it all happens
Dorian waited for a few seconds for his contact to reply, and then texted: Have you made the first transfer yet?
Don’t you worry, came the reply. Check your account. 60k in Laeralian Marks now, the rest when the job is complete
Dorian wasn’t sure if he entirely trusted the man he was texting with. But when it came down to it, he had no choice. He couldn’t pass up the opportunity to make up for a lifetime of lower pay than he deserved-- and make more money in a few hours than he’d normally make in a year.

He stuffed the phone quickly in the pocket of his suit jacket when he heard footsteps coming down the breezeway from the plane, and he straightened up as the ambassador entered. Ambassador Yu strode past him, right to the coffee station in the corner.
“Ah, Waltham North coffee. Most pleasing, Dorian. You know, this sort of service is why I’ve spent so long with you in my employ! Now, would you make me a cup of coffee?”
Dorian plastered a false smile on his face and went to do as his boss had ordered. Soon enough, he’d be rich enough to be free of him. He just had to wait a few more hours.

Maria Juarez made her way through the Art District along the banks of the Rivière; she walked past some nice stores and towards the small Slokasian Embassy. With her, she had forged documents to gain entrance into the building for the event. She crossed the street and went around the back of the building to the entrance. “I am going to need some ID,” one of the guards said.
“Sure, here it is. I am a member of New Liverpool Daily News; my press pass is right here,” she said. The guard looked at it for a second, then opened the door.
“Enjoy the event, Ms. Vela,” the guard said.

Inside there were two floors in front of her was the event hall; the top floors were offices. She walked into the event room where some people were setting up a makeshift stage where Ambassador Khan was going to be, as well as some members of the Eiran Government and Ambassador Sofia Archambault. Maria walked into the side of the room. “Hey, Ms. Vela, you're here.” said a man in a small tuxedo.
“Who are you again?”
“My name is Chet--Chet Bassey. I am the head of the Slokaisan-Eirian Association.”
“Hey, Mr. Bassaley, do you know where the bathroom is?”
“Sure, it's right on the other side of this room. When you come back you should probably meet with the guys from ENNA.”
“Yeah.”
When she got in the bathroom she locked the door then set up the device. She grabbed her pliers and connected the wires from the bomb and the wiring in the building. She then looked behind the toilet and saw the notes from the local boss. Make sure to flush when you leave it should alert the monitor to sewers to begin the countdown and alert my guys as well. You have 8 minutes to get out. She flushed and quickly slipped out and back to the exit. She walked briskly as she went. By the time she had made it across the street, her watch read 3:30. She kept walking as time went down. She then walked into a cafe to start blending in again. As she left the cafe she had:30 left. She went behind the cafe and dumped everything she did not need anymore, and also changed into a new outfit just as the Embassy exploded.

The Streets of Provincetown in South Kaijan where alive as Martin Gonzalez walked down the street. All the tourists had gone back to the resorts down the coast, and the locals relaxed after selling the tourists overpriced goods all day. Martin had just come from his home at La Gastronomia Hills; he had left his car at home instead of taking a van. Inside the van was his passport and a flag for his group the Imperial League For Free Kaijan, or ILFOV, which was a weapon, a particle implosion bomb, or PIB. It was the group’s bargaining tool and their biggest weapon. If used it would explode with Hundreds of Megatons of force, then implode in on itself causing more damage. But before all that Martin had do cause terror to put their names out there. He walked around coffee shops and cafes and then through the alleyways and into the main square. Every day, locals would sell everything from fish out at sea to coral and shells to cheap knockoff handbags.

He walked across the square to the Hotel Provincetown. The hotel had 9 floors and he would not leave until all the targets were dead. He had spent days looking at the room numbers and locating his targets. He walked past the parked cars and into the drop-off lane.

He entered the hotel. In his jacket was a CC-22 pistol, the only pistol that was legal in the country. The other weapons were a 99O Machine Gun and an F-12 Rocket Launcher in his briefcase. He also had a janitor’s uniform over all of this as he approached the front desk. He showed the desk clerk his badge.
“Go ahead-- there is some heavy-duty stuff on the 3rd floor.” He took the elevator up to the 3rd floor, where his most important target would be. He moved down the hallway, pulling out his pistol. He knocked on the door and said “Housekeeping”. As soon as his target got to the door, Martin saw he was targeting a government official. He took out his pistol and fired it into his first target’s arm, and then into a second target’s chest. The next room was larger, and he used his machine gun to take out the multiple targets inside. Every time he hit a target he thought of all his dead Kajian Revolutionary comrades and the various people who helped take them out. Some in fact were in this hotel. He turned the corner and saw a police officer and took him out as well. When he ran into non-targets he would knock them out with the butt of his pistol and move on. Martin was a black belt in kung fu and knew what he was doing. However, on the 4th floor, he ran into a nontarget who fought back. He seemed to be a kung fu master. Martin was out of bullets, so he ran up to the 6th floor where his main target was. Robert Von Mark was a businessman who built missiles for the Slokasian Government. By the time he got to his room, 10 security guards stood in his way. He took out his RPG and fired into the crowd. It blasted them back out the window and left a giant hole in the floor. Then he saw Von Mark and took him out. He jumped into a hay bale on the back of a friend's truck as they sped away. Behind them, police vehicles were in hot pursuit.

“Tell Liang to do it,” the driver said.
Martin got out the laptop and began talking with Liang in Langa. “Tekka Comra Sha Ahmer Kun Lamok.” (Hello, Comrade. Pull the button and get out).
Martin turned to the rest of the crew “Let the world burn. Long live the movement!”

George Sullivan walked out of the South Bank NLTA station and began walking towards the Embassy District. He wanted to stick to the plan yet he felt the urge to let out his inner feelings. He approached the gate of the district “Can I check you for weapons sir”
“Yeah right here,” he said He pulled his knife and stabbed the guard he then ran forward
Behind him a metro police officer yelled “Officer Down we got an attack heading for the Eirian Building''. George shot back as he ran the officer duked behind a bin. “No matter,” he thought as he ran towards the front door of the building he shot through the windows and jumped in he fired blindly as he went as staff hid and ran for cover. He pointed to a random officer worker “where the Legation Officer '' he said, “He is..upstairs sir” the worker said. He opened the Main Office Door. However, nobody was there. All he saw was a computer and some loose paper as he began to hack into the computer he heard police enter the building “Come out with your hands up” they yelled. He heard loud boots come up the stairs and around the corner he grabbed his gun and it was jammed. When the police busted down the door he ran at them his knife dawn he stabbed the first as he was wrestled to the ground by another officer they then grabbed his arm and grabbed his knife from his hands and thought it across the room. “You are under arrest for attempted murder and illegal breaking and entering” “ You will never stop us all my brothers and sisters around the world will make the world bleed for this' '.

Huang Kim was relaxing after a long day of flights at Kaijan City International Airport. The day had gone well for the terminal employee a plane originally planned to leave at 10:00 had become the red eye. Until then though it would be a nice evening maybe he would go walk around the building and see what was up. He walked past some waiting passengers and walked over to a small stall
“One paper please”
“Here you go Kaijan Times”
“Oh wow i did not now the Ambassador from Laurel was here in Kaijan”
“Yeah he is at the Airport Convention Center” the guy behind the counter said
“Do you guys have any Tea Balls”
“Sure do you want it with honey or sugar?”
“Okay i will take a bowl of 5 honey ones and some milk tea”
“That will be 25 Markons”
After he got his food Kim walked over to some passengers who were talking
“Are you guys good” he asked
“Yeah we're on our way to Democra City ”
“Wow thats a long one”
“Yeah we're flying up to New Liverpool then taking a 12 hour flight to Democra City”
“Well you guys have fun on your trip”
“Thanks see you..”
At that moment the building began to shake from loud booms
“What's Going on” the group yelled
“Look” another passenger pointed to the road coming into the airport
There was a fire on the bridge as well as the Convention Center across from it
“Everyone back away” Huang yelled
Then Huang's walkie-talkie came to life
“All Employees and Staff please get everyone down to the Runway help is on the way”
The Airport speakers ring to life as well “Everyone please report to the rainway there has been an explosion on Airport Drive please get to the nearest airport employee”.
People began to move in his direction asking so my questions
Huang stood on a chair and yelled “Everyone please remain calm and follow me to the exit and make sure everyone in your group is accounted for” A few minutes later everyone had formed around him and a few other employees. He guided the group down the Terminal past closed up shops as more and more began to follow the group. He then unlocked a side door and he led the group down a ramp and then he opened a door and led the group onto the runway where a large group of people were waiting. Hunag phone buzzed as he got some news alerts first the bridge out of the airport had collapsed as well as part of the convention center. In Provincetown 150 miles away a hotel had been raided by a masked intruder. In New Liverpool the Embassy District had been attacked by a gunman who had been arrested. In Eria the Sloksain Embassy had been destroyed by a exposlon. The Governor of Kaijan Province as well as the Governor of South Kaijan and the Mayor of New Liverpool had declared a state of emergency and had urged people to stay home. This was how the war began in 2006 it gave flashbacks to 10 year old him huddling in his home hearing explosions in the distance and the constant sound of military vehicles and helicopters. This felt different this felt new from 2006 this felt more planned, more dangerous yet the motive was to spread terror. Yet he knew that some people would not be intimidated by this group whoever they were. Those were the ones they needed to help find and destroy whoever did this.

The sound of the explosion shook the vehicles parked outside the Kaijan Convention Center. Hector Villalba grabbed his gun and exited his car. Down the road he could see a delivery van that must have had to turn off because of the explosion on the bridge. The Van seemed to stop at the barricade then it sped up right though the barcade. Hector and some other guards fired at the moving vehicle yet the shots seemed to do no damage.
“It must be bulletproof, this is an ordinary vehicle” he said to the others around him. The Van burst through the front door of the Executive Building and into the looby. The guards and police ran after the vehicle. Then the back doors of the van opened and a dozen soldiers in heavy gear jumped out of the back and began to fire at the advancing guards.
“Get Cover” Hector yelled
He saw a number of soldiers in the group run inside the building. He then realized that they were going for the tribal council and ambassador yu. He exchanged shots with an armed group for the next few minutes and managed to take a few out then another vehicle also came through the barricade and followed its path of destruction. The Vehicle Stopped next to the other van and more group members poured out. Then the group of armed men that had gone into the building came back with about 30 or so people in office clothes.
“If anyone fires at us the ambassador dies” a man in a dark grey suit with a weapon by his side
At the moment police poured in behind the guards
“ If any of you fire at my comrades, everyone in this group dies” he yelled through a megaphone
“We will let everyone go if you give us 500 million markons for the tribal council and there staff and 300 million marks for Ambassador Yu and his staff”
“We would like the money in cash so it can inspected as well as being allowed to leave on our private plane which must be allowed to land here”
“Failure to give us all of this within 14 days will result in the deaths of Tribal Council the Ambassador and there staff”
“Also if you attempt to rescue them we will kill them as well”.

Joseph Zhang entered the Underground War Room under the Presidential House. He had only been here once since the Civil War during the Invasion of Laucheoria in 2018 as the Prime Minister along with his old friend Joseph Chavez. Speaking of Chavez he was already here as he was now the Prime Minister.
“Mr President glad you're here”
“What do we know said to the room”
“We have captured the attacker of the Erian Embassy yet we can not get anything of him” said SIBI director Johnthan Ochoa
“Someone contact the Governors of North and South Kaijan”
In Front of them on the screen was footage from a helicopter that was following a vehicle
“Is that Provincetown Group”
“Yes Sir”
“Where are they”
“They are on the S-8 we closed the Northbound Lanes as they head north”
“Once they pass open the exits behind them we don't want to cause a larger issue”
“Mr President” said Joseph Chavez
“Yes Mr Prime Minister”
“We should close both provinces to prevent further violence”
“Good Idea get on that Chavez”
“Sir” said a advisor
“Yes”
“We have both goveniors on call”
“Hello have your investigators got anything”
“Yes” said the Governor of North Kaijan
“We have found the identities of the kidnappers”
“Go ahead Madame Governor”
“They seem to be a pro Kaijan independence group whose goal was to capture the Tribal Council yet did not mean to capture Ambassador Yu.”
“Thanks tell me if you find anything”.

As they followed the vehicles into Kaijan City I think everyone realized what they were doing. “Contact Kaijan PD and tell them to block the S-108 towards the airport,” said Officer Isias
“On it” his co-pilot of the vehicle.
“The vehicle had seemed to have some sort of modifications considering they were maintaining such high speed over so many miles,” his co-pilot said
“They also seemed to have some sort of turbo boost as they suddenly kept speeding ahead,” said Isias as the vehicle once again gained speed.
A few minutes later as planned the vehicle sped onto an off-ramp towards the airport. Up ahead a blockade of vehicles was blocking the road. The target pulled off an amazing j-turn and drove through the barrier and onto the service road. The convoy follows drove through the barrier that the target had made. Traffic moved to the side as the vehicle moved up the service road. Then it turned into a supply yard under the highway and crashed through some storage crates before coming out on the other side of the highway. As they approached the airport the car drove into an empty parking lot they chase continued through the buildings around the airport.

Hector Villiba was with some officers telling them what he saw when a vehicle began to approach the convention center.
“If you fire on that vehicle I will kill the hostages,” said a terrorist who seemed to be the leader of this group. The other vehicles moved out of the way as the vehicle moved through them and into the plaza where the terrorists were sitting out of the back 4 or so armed men came out carrying more weapons as well some computers. They looked like the suspects from Provincetown and the terrorists seemed to be happy when they came out and some went over and coulgated them on their mission. At that moment he saw a large group of police park behind a maze of vehicles and people that were surrounding the building.
“We chased him here they seem to have a large cash supply considering they seem to have a lot of members and lots of good tech,” one of them said
“How have we not noticed them before,” Hector asked
“I don't know but that is no one we will not get an answer to” he replied
“Did you hear that a member of the ambassador's team is missing?” Hector said
“He is either dead or he could have been in on it the whole time” he wondered
“Who knows?” Hector said.
“Who Knows”.

Officer Laura Hibbert was not getting to the suspect. Even after they had taken him down at the Embassy they had grilled him on why had attacked the embassy. However in just a moment Investigator Xiang would enter and they would try again, however, this time they would question the group he was part of not himself. Everyone knew that he was working with the Kajian Organization but why did he attack the Erian Embassy what would he have to gain from doing that and why did he attack when he knew the Ambassador was back in Eran. Witness reports say he ran for the upstairs and that a laptop was found.
“Hello Officer Hibbert,” said Investigator Xiang
“You ready”
“Yeah I got an idea”
They opened the door entered the room with the suspect
“Well your group did it,” said Xiang
“ You found out about what we did I see,” he said smugly
“Yes we have and we want to know why you raided the embassy,” said Xiang
“Well you see we have clients all over the world who want stuff done and it did it,” he said
“You will pay for this,” said Xiang
“I just did it for the money you see don't kill the messenger,” he said with a grin on his face
“Damn,” said Xiang
“You will destroy me but you will never destroy us,” he said laughing
When they left Xiang grinning smugly
“Why are you happy we found nothing from him,” said Officer Hibbert
“We did you see we got him to confirm that has worked for a group in Erian and that he was part of a larger group and got him to say that he was part of the Kaijan Group”
“Well no wonder you're so good”
“Thanks, it was easy no let's contact the authorities in Erian to see what they have found”.

Joseph Zhang was in a room with Prime Minister Joseph Chavez, SIBI Director Johnthan Ochoa as well as a number of advisors and staff members.
“Do we give them the money” he asked
“No Mr President they will turn around and spend it on weapons and tools” said a advisor
“Actually Mr President, they have already spent so much on weapons and men and whatever they are using to leave the airport that most will be spent on paying off the debts” said Joseph Chavez
“You make a point, Mr Ochoa?”
“ I agree we could also track though the money that we give them”
“How would we do that”
“The SIBI already has tech that could fit inside money”
“Good we should wait a few days so we can install and if we gave them the money now it would seem suspicious”.

Maria Gomez was working on some parts when 4 armed men entered her lab at the New Brighton Federal Center.
“Who is the leader here” one of them asked her
“I am sir”
“The Director wants to speak with you outside”
She walked out of the lab and director Ochoa was standing there
“You wanted to see me”
“Yes how fast can your team make money tracker devices?”
“ Well we made 10 last week”
“We are going to need about 1,000 by weeks end they are needed for a urgent matter of security”
“ Um there are only a dozen of us we are going to need more people”
“That's why I am moving you to the Main Office at Xinhan Valley”.
“But i need as many people as i can if my team is going to be 1,000 in a week”
“Don't worry we are already getting very not on a project and moving them over to your team”
“Good”
“Same to you many lives are at stake”.

Hector Villalba sat down at a table in the middle of the makeshift camp outside the convention center. There at the table was Inspector Walls as well as Deputy Liang and Mayor Emanuel
. They were planning what they did next
“Word is that we are going to give them the money,” said Mayor Emanuel
“Has Laeral responded?” Hector asked
“No, I think they are less likely to give the money” the Mayor replied back
“What about the Missing staff member Dorian,” Hector asked
“We currently have a manhunt out for him we think that he is alive,” said Deputy Liang
“I mean he has not come to us so I guessing he was in on the plot,” said Insectptor Walls
“So now we make sure they don't pull a fast one and try to do something,” said Hector
“Yep”
“ Finding him should be easy all airports and train stations are closed as well as a lot of large spaces and events,” said Deputy Liang
“ It should only be a matter of hours before we find him right,” Hector asked
“I hope so,” said the Mayor

Deputy Liang hung up the phone and reached for his walkie-talkie. “You have permission from a judge to enter the suspect's hotel room”.
Across town behind the Kaijan Hotel Johnthan Liu heard the message along with the rest of his squad
“We have clearance to enter his room everyone”
“Ok,” he said
“Here is the plan”
“2/3rds of us will rush upstairs to the 7th floor the other third guard the exits to make sure his does not run”
“Allright understand good lets go”
The team ran through the front door
“Move, Move Move” they yelled.
A group took while the rest went up the elevator. When they reached the floor they ran out and reached the door.
“Kaijan PD open up”
When nobody came to the door they busted down the door and entered the room, Dorian was sleeping on a bed by the window with a lot of stuff stashed by the bedside. Dorian woke up and yelled
“What's going on”
“You are under arrest for conspiracy to commit crime and terrorist activity”

“Thank You Princes City” yelled Micheal Spencer to a packed crowd at a Campaign Rally in Princes City. The New Right candidate was in the city to not only get his supporters out but also campaign for a New Right candidate for the Slokaisan Legislature.
“Everyone has heard about the attacks by the violent thugs in Kaijan”
“Lock them Up” the crowd roared
“These were bad armed men the worst there has ever been”
“You know folks this would not have happened if the tribal council was created”
“I knew this was going to happen I was trying to stop it but they did it anyway”
“But remember that they are always great armed men out there like our brothers at the United Front”
“Joseph Zhang is doing a bad job folks he is going to give money to the Kaijan Terrorists and let them walk away with the money”
“In fact, I think that this hostage thing was all for the cameras and the votes”
“You know the Dirty Joseph Zhang and Cheap Joseph Chavez are working together”
“Two bad, bad men in the same room I would not want to be their folks”
“Anyway enough of me, please welcome your candidate for Hazel Valley Township Robert Lang”
“New Right, New Right, New Right” the crowd chanted as the candidate walked off stage.

Inspector Xiang searched the apartment owned by George Sullivan the attacker in a rampage on the Embassy District of New Liverpool. He noticed the extremist posters that talked about a revolution and the “fall of all nations”. There were lots of books written by extremist and far-right authors from “The Fall of Nations” to “How to Defend Your Race”. There were clothes and various items packed together as if the suspect was about to leave. Then by the window, a large pc with 2 monitors around it were food containers and pamphlets and stacks of notes. This area smelled of noodles and dried out the paper. When he turned on the computer he saw his account screen with a profile picture of the logo of the United Front. Another detective handed him a folder of papers
“This should be his passwords”
He noticed a common theme between all of them as he looked through the Golden Ring or Golden Circle. He tried the Golden Ring and the account logged in the desktop was filled with documents of some kind as well as an application known as The Final Key. He opened the application and he saw a list of forums and threads
-The Outer Ring{New Members go here}
-Grand Front and Planning Group
-Memes and Stuff
-Final Key Store
-The Inner Ring
There were many recent messages in his inbox
“They will know who we are its time”
“Idk if it worked”
“What Happened, man”
“What was that”
As well as many more messages and images. The inspector pulled out a hard drive and plugged it in. He began to move applications and documents into the hard drive until the desktop was empty. He got and left as members of his team swabbed the room and looked around
“Taking this back to HQ”
“See you later Inspector”

Dorian sat in the integration room as officers waited to enter.
Inspector Xiang walked in and sat down opposite Dorian
"Would you like to explain why you did not come to the police when we began the manhunt"
"I was scared"
"Of what of us"
"No the guy at the airport"
"What guy at the airport"
"He said he would give the money if I just left and did not tell"
"Did he text you"
"Yes he did"
"Alright I will ask the guys to look through your phone"
"Where did they ask you"
"New Liverpool International Airport"
"Thanks for your help"
"No problem"
