I would be happy if it just failed to resolve the hostname and put up a standard browser error. Besides, redirects don't work well for somebody with Firefox and the No-Script addon. So reading these forums brings me to a solution that is supposedly a design side-effect. I just simply disable HTTP management on the local interface, right? Well, that doesn't appear to work (anymore?). The web filter block page still comes up. I'm running Untangle 7.1, so perhaps they fixed that "bug".Any other way I could duplicate the behavior of just timing out a web page?
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
